A penalty for abandoning co-op games seems possible. As a close example, there is no penalty for quitting a game on training mode. Somehow, this was possible to implement. I've not seen this in any game I've played. The attempt to expel is not even shown to other participants of the game. Are you saying it is only registered who expelled whom after it is complete, but in process, it only shows up to the person being expelled?
