The bug you are describing is not an issue local to BGA. It appears to be a bug with Windows 10+ and Chrome 98 that is being reported across the internet. You are likely also seeing this issue on other sites, such as Facebook or Twitter.
Our developers have a few suggestions for how to navigate this bug.
As a short-term solution, you can turn off your “hardware acceleration” by doing the following:
1. Visit chrome://settings/system in Chrome
2. Click on the "Use hardware acceleration when available" setting, toggling it off
3. Then click the "Relaunch" button to relaunch Chrome, for the setting to take effect
However, please be aware that this is not a setting to keep long term as it may slow your general browsing. Once Google has addressed the issue you should turn this setting back to the “on” position.
If you cannot do this, you need to:
-Use a different browser
-Wait for Google to fix it
