In Carcassonne and Kingdom Builder you hold 1 hidden tile or card to play next. This might be classified as hidden information.
No one can use this information until it is revealed to all players. The player holding the card/tile can think of future plans/options which reduces their thinking time, and speeds the game up; that's it.

Another game without hidden information available on BGA is Kingdomino.

Puerto Rico, only the number of victory points is hidden, and it doesn't affect the gameplay.

Not if one is drawn from the top of the decks.
Good point, but I would prefer if the face-up reserves stayed that way

Kingdom Builder, yes. Carcassonne? I know there's a variant where you draw the tile at the end of your turn. But I don't think that's the main rule.
