this site has BIG PROBLEMS pls fix it

I write here because among the many problems of the site, it did not let me to send the bug report, very very annoying


also another mistake that has happened to me for months now is this:

…….and so on, from months!!

f5 does not resolve the problem.

this is not the only error that I check, the others I had no chance to copy them, I have screens, but despite they are the right size the site does not allow me to put them in this comment

I love this site but lately has some BIG PROBLEMS, please fix it, play like this is very stressful and annoying

Blame that on Embracer, the owner of Asmodee (the owner of BGA) which has decided to lay off Asmodee employees... despite Asmodee being a profitable corporation.

If you expect a problem like this to be fixed, then you need to provide a much more detailed explanation. What were you doing when you experienced the error? Can you consistently reproduce it and if so what are the steps? Always better to include a screenshot.

What you've described does not represent my experience on BGA at all. I use this site nearly every day and have no issue playing many different games.

I likewise use the site daily, and have had few if any issues recently.

Despite my own experience, the main server admin for BGA is actively spending long hours every day to chase down server issues. I know it's frustrating for the average user, but there isn't much to say besides "the admin team have been actively working on it, staying up late every night".

This absolutely isn't related to Embracer, and the BGA team truly wants a smooth running site, since it's far less of a headache for them too.

Investigating and analyzing the events of the previous day has taken a lot of work, and it continues to do so.
It won't be helpful to merely write that we will continue to investigate.

Hopefully, the final adjustments made yesterday before peak time appear to have been successful.

Since it's a really tricky part, I don't want to get too excited about it, so we'll continue to monitor.

I beg to differ.

This is not a bug. It's repeated, constant issues with the website, regardless of the game or time of day. It happens as games are loading, during and after turns, even when moving tables. It produces white and red banner error messages as well as "It's not your turn." messages. These problems are both consistent and persistent.

What has been described is my daily experience on BGA and it has been for months. I use this site every day and have issues when playing many different games. I am also a premium member and it upsets me that I am paying for services I am not getting. That is, a service that works as promised.

I would love to return to a day when I could play many different games without having to reload/F5 or worry that the redrawing of the screen is going to cost me points or a turn. I would love for these issues to be resolved by 2024.
