You guys are too kind ^_^;
I'm just a guy (male) with a little too much time on his hands.
Kayvon, I'd argue you've done a lot more work than I have! Each developed game probably takes 20 times as much work as a tutorial!
nik592, you're right. I never would have seen this forum post if nicotactac hadn't informed me. At the end of every tutorial, I write "If you have any questions or comments about the tutorial, feel free to send Nekonyancer a message," and I'm not lying!
I also use "they" to refer to singular subjects of an unknown gender. I found the practice strange at first, but I came around after I read Starsight, a novel by my favorite author, Brandon Sanderson. He features a lot of ungendered aliens in that book, an he uses gender-neutral pronouns for all of them. Even awkward ones like "themself."
Personally, I wouldn't mind if a new set of words were officially added to English, so we wouldn't have to jam square-shaped theys and thems into round grammatical holes. Perhaps we should follow Futurama's example and use "Shklee?"
