Map 6 problems

I just witnessed an instance (on table # 562822153) where the *only* condition not met was the adjacency of the enclosure to water, and map 6 did not allow the animal to be played.

It's an understandable confusion to have, but the map only lets you ignore one of the circular conditions along the left side of the animal card (tags, upgraded animal card, or partner zoo). Rock and water requirements for the enclosure cannot be ignored with research institute's ability.

Doesn't it say "You cannot ignore rock or water requirements"?

Based on the rules it should it allow playing an elephant without having Animals II although I couldn't get that to work, am I doing something wrong?

Hard to tell without more info but AnimalsII can be ignored yeah. Just hover on the card and you will see why you can't play it

Thanks Tisaac, it was in my first few games so I must have been missing another condition, and I avoided that map since.
