Another observation, 8 times out of 10 I will lose if I go first and It seems like I am winning about 7 in 10 if I go first. Is that the same for everyone else?

Riddle me this, why in Platinum do you get "1" or "2" points for a win and lose 5 for each loss? It is kind of obnoxious.

Thanks Jellby, something still seems strange about it. I am beating someone from the same league and get a +2, if I lose to them I drop -4, it is a bit of a grind I suppose. I've been to 9 Platinum 3 times, only to lose 2 games and be back to 0. I somehow remember this not being quite so difficult in the past.

I see a +2 followed by a -4:

I guess it was +5 instead of +4 because you cannot end up at 0 after winning, only after losing, so they got an additional +1)

Yes, those are the right numbers and it makes sense if that is the formula. I do not think the formula is broken in the sense that it is making a mistake, just broken in the award system for repeated wins. Or it could just be we need more people in platinum, LOL, this way not every win is a single point and every loss is -4 or -5.

A game I had recently displayed the live calculation on screen, but it was a brief pop-up and disappeared almost as quickly as it came up. I would love for that to stick around.

Ok See! Diamond League? That totally was not there last Arena. Right?

Also, I swear I play more games than DR, but there is a winter expansion pack for this game! It came out almost 10 YEARS AGO, gosh that is a decade, but yeah, the hero's can have 3-powers, and it introduces NEGATIVE treasures. So -1 XP for coal (a certain player who awesomely rolls more treasure than all other players would not like this). The DEV for this game is online frequently, maybe if we petition them, they would add it in?

I didnt read the whole thread but with respect to the treasures the creator said it was a choice that irl has limitations but he prefers none. I agree it should be limited
