it would be different if someone kept track of everyones average elo over, let's say, 50 games and targeted players above their assumed "real play strength" but it would be extremely tedious to do and I don't know anyone who'd done that.

I don’t think he made any statements about what rank he would give AIC out of all the cards, just that it’s overrated by weaker players because it’s a powerful card that’s more difficult to use efficiently than it looks at face value leading to a less impressive win rate compared with other, also powerful, cards.

AI central stats should be taken with a grain of salt.

Did the person play a few terrible science tags just to play AI central? DO a SP power plant because of flacking an energy card?

Did the person still buy all the marginally playable cards in the draft, resulting in always being too broke to make use of AI central?

Unless someone is claiming it's the 54th best card in the deck, it seems useless to me to point out that it is ranked 54th in some chart.
