I got a reply from who I assume is the game dev? on the bug ticket linked below - and then I replied back with how I interpreted the rule - anyone agree with my interpretation?

edited to add: I know the game dev can interpret the rules how they want to. I'm fine going along with their interpretation. I just was curious what others thought.
