Interpreting the creature movement rule

Post by zoomboom »

I got a reply from who I assume is the game dev? on the bug ticket linked below - and then I replied back with how I interpreted the rule - anyone agree with my interpretation?

The screenshot linked there should be good enough to see what I was referring to.

edited to add: I know the game dev can interpret the rules how they want to. I'm fine going along with their interpretation. I just was curious what others thought.

These bits I've underlined don't seem to allow for an interpretation of player choice regarding whether the interactions occur or not:
Each Creature interacts with specific Elements occupying its space.
These interactions occur when:
1. The Creature moves onto a space occupied with these Elements.
And the other side note...
A Creature immediately ends its movement if it enters a space occupied by one or more Elements it interacts with.
...says it stops moving when it "enters" (let alone interacts).
