You make me sad.
I honestly don’t even know how the arena system works here on BGA. I have no idea what its purpose is or how it functions, and I certainly never chose for Clash of Decks to be tied to it.

Owke... Here you go. It's where the most skilled and motivated players meet each other:

"Arena is the competitive mode of Board Game Arena. It consists of a structured competitive environment where:
All tables of a given game are played under the same set of rules (the Arena Format)

Players are strictly matched using BGA's Matchmaking system
Ranking is based on a seasonal rating, structured in leagues
Each Arena season lasts 3 months.

At the end of an Arena season the top players of each game are crowned the new BGA world champions! To keep your World Champion status, you need to fight to defend it from season to season. Arena is the perfect battleground to test your skills against motivated opponents."

It is a bit strange that you opted to get your game on BGA and not even know what it is ;)

Thanks for the explanation! The goal of having a version on BGA was never to build a competitive scene or make it a long-term platform. It was simply a showcase, allowing players to try the game digitally before eventually buying the physical version. The BGA version was never meant to be an end in itself, but rather a communication tool.

Hello.

The problem are : they are not turn based on few hours.
With that, you will get more match and no need to wait (sometimes i wait like 2 minutes, and after that i don't have extra time for playing...)

Dear Léandre,

It's true, a lot of players on BGA like the possibility to play turn-based games. It means that each player have a few days to play a move, so both players do not have to be online at the same time. It is very convenient since you can play games even with only a few minutes of play time each day. And there is no risk of the game being interrupted. It would also solve the very long waiting time for finding an opponent.

It could be an addition to the app in the future maybe ?

Thank you and best regards

While I do agree with Ford saying if he asked people what they wanted they would have said: faster horses. And I have faith in your vision for Clash of Decks. I still I see some room for more fluid, empathetic interaction with the fan base.

Several of us, myself included, purchased physical copies of the game presuming continued support on BGA. All of my games are turn based due to my busy life. Personally, I would prefer to play those games here, not on an app.

J'ai une mauvaise vue, je ne peux donc pas vraiment jouer à Clash of Decks sur un téléphone avec une application Android, mais plutôt depuis mon ordinateur.
Y aura-t-il une version web sur le site de Clash of Decks ?

I have a bad sight, therefore I can't really play Clash of Decks on a phone with an android app, but rather from my computer.
Will there be a web based version on the clash of decks website?

I hope at least the starter pack only version will come back soon on BGA!
