The problem with this very well meaning and friendly response, is that I am Australian, but live in the UK, with excellent internet (even at PEAK times believe it or not). Would you care to have a think about a different reply now, I have no doubt you will be able to find something positive to say. Thank you for showing the level of support this community shows others, would you say you were more helpful, less helpful or about average for people here?MarkSteere wrote: ↑18 January 2026, 03:16 Australia has well documented issues with slow internet speeds, connection dropouts, and unreliable service during peak times. Your problems aren't being caused by BGA or rubbish coffee. Try upgrading to Starlink. G'day.
If my internet is good though, does that put the blame with BGA?
Finally, am unsure what rubbish coffee has to do with anything, and what was the G'day about. That kind of stereotyping is so old fashioned, lazy, and not at all helpful in todays climate, I hope you take time to research and reflect on this.
