The same way being an Apprentice can mean that you've won the game once. While on this topic, I think I'd have a bit more patience with the person who only won 1 or 2 games instead of 99, something that doesn't seems to be the norm here.

And this mentality is specifically what I'm against. How do you expect players to improve if you're already trying to weed them out for not knowing how to play? Take Burgle Bros for example; I'm quite experienced in the game (which you can see by how many games I've played), yet I've seen new players not know that you have to reveal tiles before you can start cracking the safe. I assure you, out of all the times I've played that co-op game, not once did I ever seen a player get flak for not knowing what to do, even though according to you that should "kill" the experience.

On a side note, I'm sorry but this is a Premium game. Non Premium members should at least try to behave towards hosts since they rely on them to play the game in the first place. Showing respect is the least you could do, if you can't/won't pay to play the game. Perhaps having the option to mute them would increase the positive experience.
I understand what you are saying, but my problem is also that in this game (and in other cooperative games as well) you are forced to play with beginners. Because the span until you are at least an average player is too big. BGA is thus promoting this aggression. For example, I opened a game and the description said "Please no beginners," but still beginners came into play. And this was not a standard game, but a master game. To play better games, or which with a higher degree of difficulty, you need experienced players and that's why I can now understand why the frustration is so high. That's why the problem lies with BGA, because it gives players no or only poor opportunities to find players at the same level.
