I played a game where one person stubbornly refused to vote with the majority (who turned out to be right), on the hazard card "guess the best player's hand rank". Everyone's clock expired and we abandoned the game. This should also apply to the hazard "guess a card in the best player's hand".
Why does it require a unanimous vote? It should be majority vote, especially after a minute was wasted deliberating.
It also seems unfair that one player can force everyone else to run out of clock and get the -1 karma penalty.
I think the same should apply to voting to use a power. It should be majority, not unanimous.
