Still don't get Goal scoring!!

Played this game multiple times, I think I reached near 200 ELO at some point. Still don't know how some of these goals score?!

White is me. Red is my opponent.

Now. How on God's green earth (no pun intended!) New Exhibit and Outskirts work that I am 5 & 2 and he is 3 & 2?


If we count Furthest from its closest Gate how we get to 5 and 3??
Btw such a weird wording on that!

Maybe you overlook "closest gate or entrance"? See this explanation:

But it says Furthest from... Those are not the furthest. Furthest to those gates, could go all the way to the end.

The marked tiles have the most distance to the gate which is the closest to them. Ie they are the furthest from the closest gate.

I admit the wording is not very clear, but this is what they mean. Tactic is to check your gates and entrance, and do not build very far from them. Or add another gate.

The wording is INDEED awful!!
