Still don't get Goal scoring!!

Played this game multiple times, I think I reached near 200 ELO at some point. Still don't know how some of these goals score?!

White is me. Red is my opponent.

Now. How on God's green earth (no pun intended!) New Exhibit and Outskirts work that I am 5 & 2 and he is 3 & 2?


If we count Furthest from its closest Gate how we get to 5 and 3??
Btw such a weird wording on that!

Maybe you overlook "closest gate or entrance"? See this explanation:

But it says Furthest from... Those are not the furthest. Furthest to those gates, could go all the way to the end.

The marked tiles have the most distance to the gate which is the closest to them. Ie they are the furthest from the closest gate.

I admit the wording is not very clear, but this is what they mean. Tactic is to check your gates and entrance, and do not build very far from them. Or add another gate.

Isn't it supposed to count tiles form the entrance?

'OUTSKIRTS' is about the MARKET, where the jeeps moves (see the OUTSKIRTS tile's picture).

And by Market you mean where we get out preserve tiles from?

But market is not a 3x6 grid. What the goal card has is like our personal board!

If they meant market, why isn't shape like market, you know an 4x5 grid?

This Year Goal's market picture shows 3 jeeps and a 6x3 tiles grid. The market grid in case of 3 players is 4x5 tiles in the game, but one can say the grid at the Year Goal tile is just an abstract expression of the different player numbers market grids in the game.

That was better. At least looked like the market. But still confusing for having a 3x6 grid.

But new version design is cleaner. Although almost all goals cards are bad in wording and imagery!
