Good afternoon or good evening everyone, I bought the annual plan by mistake, it was a careless error, is there any way to do the refund process?

I'm Brazilian, I thought the vocis system was incredible, I just can't spend all that money right now...

You need to go to the /support page, choose My Account, Premium and then the one that fits your issue.
