I have been unfairly penalized

Today, while I was playing a game of Hearts in the Arena, the match was interrupted due to technical maintenance issues; therefore, leaving the game was not my fault.
I don’t understand why I received a Karma warning and a 10-point penalty.

t would be appropriate to receive a response from the person who imposed the sanction on me.

No "person" imposed a penalty. The website interface does this automatically. If this occurred during a system-wide outage, you should receive back and Karma penalty and/or Elo penalty. Contact BGA support to request this.
