Yes, I have the viewpoint games are meant to be played with the aim to win.Frooty_Bazooty wrote: ↑26 October 2026, 17:21these comments always annoy me so much. Just because the only purpose for you of playing a game is winning because you're hypercompetitive, it doesnt mean that everyone's reason is. Many people play games because they enjoy the combos/mechanism/gameplay and watching someone think for 30 minutes doesnt make it interesting just cos they "won"Monkeyunit wrote: ↑25 August 2026, 13:27Okay, this "proper" players remark got me triggered a bit and made me look at your elo.boardgamesmue wrote: ↑12 August 2026, 23:15 Hi,
Even with "fast" a lot of players are kinda slow and take over 20/25 minutes while proper players achieve at least below 10 min, sometimes even below 5min.
You seem to have peaked a little over 400, but are now back down too 200-250 range.
No offence, but is your primary goal to play fast?
Because it seems to me your winrate could improve ( a lot) by taking a bit more time and thinking through your turns.
Unless you assume you manage to play perfectly in those 5 minutes?
Sometimes it can be fun to joke around or try weird strategies, but if you just want to go through the motions of the combos and mechanisms and are bothered by time wasted by other players there is a solo mode!
Also taking a bit more time would also allow for those cool combo plays to be found.
