I find so stupid that with a bad rate in the format i cannot even say "hallo" when playing.
Please change it or everybody will think I am not nice and deserve a red thumb probably...

I think this looks like a better idea than the previous way of doing things.

I have always thought that new players get a raw deal (particularly with the partnership games like Hanabi) where newer players will get a lot of red thumbs just for being, well, new players!

because of this I have often played with players with red thumbs only to find that they are, in fact, nice people.

I would rather play with someone who is nice but not so good than someone who is an expert but rude....

So personally I have always kept my own comments every time I play with a new player to me as a guide as to whether they are good players or have suspect temperaments.

this always seems like a better guide for me than any rating system.

Question: what will profiles of former Devilkins and Demons look like now? How can I make sure I'm not letting to my table someone who can't chat?

I have the same problem on Chrome and Firefox

They could have at least started everyone over at 100%. I play a lot at night and frankly sometimes I fall asleep and time out doesn't mean Im a bad person and nobody should play with me i have hundreds of games played with no problem. This reputation thing just sucks

Ya know this is one of the very few board game web sites out there and
i was so happy to have found it. Now I am having second thoughts because some server programmer geeks want to be NAZI and basically ruin something that was good for the board game society. People like you should have a doze of your own KARMA

And with an attitude like that you're surprised that somehow you end up with a very low rating? :?

Already today you've quit two games of Tzolk'in before they were finished. Instead of complaining about the developers who are working hard on this site, why don't you either finish the games you start or concede (which actually helps your karma)?

I agree its a bummer on everyone's behalf when someone drops,,,its happened to me a bunch of times over the year or so sense i have found this site. and maybe there is a karma rating need but i wont use it for someone timing out. that is out of control most of the time its the ISP fault and not the user dozing off in the middle of the night which im guilty of.

Today, Tzolk'in #24708411
Today, Tzolk'in #24708411
Today, Tzolk'in #24708368 -16☯
Today, Tzolk'in #24708368

There's a bug in the system because person froze i left the page and came back all four times and I got thee message that they timed out and if I quit now I wouldn't be penalized,,,etc..Why is the same game listed two times each? Try paying for software testers before turning out new code..
