Problem Activation of Premium-Membership

I just activated a Premium-Account, but it does still say, I got a free account.
Can someone tell me, if this is normal and if yes, how long does it take to change?

Most of the time this is immediate, but sometimes It can takes some time to activate.

I just checked and Paypal currently have up to one hour delay, probably due to a very high traffic on their end

Yesterday night, Paypal had an issue notifying its customer about successful payment. There have been unusual very long delay for payment confirmation. As a consequence, some of you had to wait several hours to get their Premium account.

The situation is back to normal at now.

I signed up for a premium account last month. For the past few weeks, it's worked fine. But I noticed today I have gone back to a standard account, even though my Visa is still being charged for a premium membership. How can I get this fixed?
