In all cases, you should only undertake actions that have a plausible effect on what you are hoping to affect. If in a particular case this makes you "like a sheeple" just shrug about that and move on. Many things are "like" many things, what matters is what is actually wise.

I am asking BGA for reimbursement for all premium subscription paid since 15 July 2020, the day I have been effectively been locked out since.

I recommend anyone to cancel their premium (you cannot trust them with your confidential data).

It is simply abysmal customer service, whether for premium or not. Simply not done & unacceptable.

There are 800+ views to this thread right now, most of them are duplicates, but I'd assume there are at least 100 different users who have viewed this thread. This leads to developing negative opinions about the moderators of the site, which could have its long-term implications. Or it could be meaningless, who knows.

I imagine you did the same otherwise you'd simply stop making the payments.

I come away with from it and other similar threads with the idea that you need to be super careful in anything that you might say. It's not just that you can't say anything insulting but it's pretty clear that you can't say anything that could possibly be interpreted as being insulting. It seems to me that some people had no intention of being offensive and got moderated anyway.

That seems to be the policy. You take it or leave it. If you can't abide by it then you are better off finding another site where the policies are more to your liking. I don't see the point in complaining about it endlessly.
