So I don't see why this would be any different for this calendar. I agree the communication was slightly misleading though.
The problem is that these games are NOT changing from Beta to released because of improvements, fixes or thoroughness of testing, they are just being pushed for gimmicky reasons. Pretty deceptive event with crappy games. I personally would have been more excited about a couple good games getting done for the month than ANY time spent on what they did. Yucata has brought on ragas dice, lorenzo & underwater cities during this same time period! Way better games that actually have teeth and people want to play. Don't get me wrong, I spend a lot of time here and am a premium member, this just seemed like a really poorly executed marketing gimmick.
Yep that sums up my view as well. Very underwhelming

Do you have any data to support your claim ?
That's actually the opposite. Those games were ready and waiting for some communication space to be officially released...
That seems like pretty good supporting data right there! But my previous evidence was based on reading release notes from games that were actually being improved or tested.

Also pretty bummed you guys moved the bar on alpha testing to 750 games played. :-(

Disappointed Alhambra did not come out of Beta mode. Hopefully soon. Thanks for the others games.
Happy New Year!

AFAIK, the license was always refused from the publisher.

This has been amazing! First time in my life I can remember being excited for something like an advent calendar. I was checking every midnight. Thank you, and please release Room 25 soon, I kept hoping that would be next!

Hi, is there a reason why I cannot open the last game, number 31? When I click on it it says that they use paris timezone and that I have to wait for 12 hours... but it is lloooong past the 31st now and it still does not work?

in fact - none of the games can be opened anymore?
My partner tried it and he has the same issue

I think most people on the site enjoyed it and appreciate the efforts of people involved with creating the site. It's a bummer reading the complaining negatives voices, and they often feel the loudest. Those getting indignant over what/how games are released effectively for free need to take a quick check of the state of the world and decide if the release of some card games that others enjoy is what they want to spend their time complaining about.

Thanks to everyone who brings a positive vibe. :D :D

Indeed, thanks to all players who take what we offer in a good and joyful spirit. We know they are the majority even if it can sometimes feel otherwise, because happy people generally don't feel the need to express themselves as much as unhappy people. Thanks to all happy people who choose to express their happiness (and thanks also to all kind and constructive criticism, this is always welcome!)

Finally, congratulations to the 1481 people who opened all the 31 gifts of December and got the final "December Spree" award. You are awesome! :)
