I'd also add that there are factors limiting the "randomness" to much higher extent, for example right know there are basicaly two separate player bases in live and turn base games

True, especially given the ridiculously low timer for initial selection in RT games.

RoyalRook the master of TFM, the only man to claim he can think 10 gens ahead, yet fails to finish half his games out of fear of losing elo and I’ve seen him start games at 3 AM est. and request to abandon when he’s clearly going to lose.

I don’t think he made any statements about what rank he would give AIC out of all the cards, just that it’s overrated by weaker players because it’s a powerful card that’s more difficult to use efficiently than it looks at face value leading to a less impressive win rate compared with other, also powerful, cards.

AI central stats should be taken with a grain of salt.

Did the person play a few terrible science tags just to play AI central? DO a SP power plant because of flacking an energy card?

Did the person still buy all the marginally playable cards in the draft, resulting in always being too broke to make use of AI central?

Unless someone is claiming it's the 54th best card in the deck, it seems useless to me to point out that it is ranked 54th in some chart.
