Hi guys,
I have read the F.A.Q. on game clock https://boardgamearena.com/faq?anchor=faq_playing_clock.
Yet, I'm still confused big time
Can someone please explain what is initial time, additional time and maximum amount of time?
E.g.
4 moves per day: +6h00 per turn (maximum 24h00) is in a game displayed as just 24 hours for a move.
If every player has 24 hours, how can we in total make 4 moves per day? It's more like 1 move per day which gives 4 moves in 4 days.
And what about the +6h00 per turn? Is a turn the same as a move?
To add to the confusion...
8 moves per day: +1h30 per turn (maximum 12h00)
Following the equation from the F.A.Q.: 'X turns / day' means '24 / X' hours of additional time per move
So, in this case 24 / 8 = 3 hours of additional time per move. Where the +1h30 per turn comes from?
I would really appreciate if you make it straight for me
