This whole multiplayer thing is a big issue currently with the website. A player can unfairly take advantage of kicking out another player, since in this case it is account's age that determines the order of the remaining players.
People may even do that without realizing, because the site is not very communicative on this topic. I don't think account's age is mentioned as a metric anywhere on this website, which seems very shady from them. Imagine if in a sports event a qualification metric was kept hidden to the public, letting people wonder how the advancing team or player even gets chosen in those cases. That wouldn't even be legal.
An easy solution would be to simply make the decision to kick out a player an unanimous vote by the other players (which is how you would naturally assume it works in the first place). Unsolvable dilemmas would still arise sometimes, but at least a player who is winning both by game state and by remaining time would always be able to defend their position by voting 'no'.
There is no reason that a single person should be able to decide what should be a collective decision. When you kick out a player, you are not just punishing that player, you are punishing every other player in the game even though those people didn't do anything to deserve this.
