I only play the game with three others especially now you get to choose how you lay your colours out. If someone quits the game it makes it null and void for everyone, which is not great form.

Is this completely random? It seems the game sometimes carries on when there are very few tiles left, and sometimes stops abruptly when there are lots left in the bag. Makes strategy a bit more challenging, but maybe that's deliberate?

Get a less than perfect reputation and you won't win a game until you've clean it up. This is generally true across the board on BGA. The algorithms are absolutely 100% preprogrammed to punish you for answering that door in the middle of a game.

Love Maxi Yahtzee because there's a fair amount of strategy involved, loathe Crag. Don't play in Arena anymore in case I have to play Crag.

But you can concede in other games? I concede in Backgammon when the other player is evidently winning, and mathematically there's zero chance of a comeback on my part. I don't see it as weakness, just a gracious acceptance of facts. Otherwise fighting through to the bitter end is boring and a waste...

I don't understand why it's not possible for a player to concede in Catan. The other two could then battle it out to the end and be given an actual score. Why the punishing penalty points? It's definitely a sensible move if you're playing a team?

I recently played a game with a very low number of sixes thrown and won as 23 4s were thrown and I was on 4s. Next game I thought that can't happen again so placed two settlements on sixes.
