Re: SKY TEAM: You can't take the sky from me!

Firefly confirmed!? :D Sort of. In my view, maybe all they could get, but everyone wanted to see the actors and their faces, not just their voices. If they'd have not hyped it so much, the animated would have felt good. But everyone was wanting the crew in person so it feels a bit of a let down. An...

Re: SKY TEAM: You can't take the sky from me!

I am really excited about this game, but only play Asynchronously. Do you think it will play well async? Or is real time the only way to go with this (in which case I will wait until I can pick it up IRL) I REALLY think this needs to be played in real time. You take turns placing dice and it takes ...

Re: Providing a check box to prevent automated readjusting the zome and range of vision

Not sure when it happened, but I've seen it in the last few weeks and I'm using it (don't move to the next active car, show the whole map). With those, my sanity is much better. ;)

Thanks Devs.

Formula D, not NASCAR.... too many rub checks?

FYI: I've played both the f2f Formula De (first release) and Formula D (first release). So we've been running a season of 9 tracks (not using the built in BGA session capability) and 3 of us have run many seasons from f2f versions and we know when you race, you sometimes get bumps and sometime you l...

Re: Houserule : Motor overdrive

It's in the game, it's an option called "nitro". You can use it only once per lap. That might be different from your home rule. There are so many home rules, it will be difficult to make them possible here ;) What conditions preclude enabling the Nitro? I was setting up games that I'd wan...

Re: Distance travelled before being eliminated

In a game 5 of us ran lately, we had both of us getting wiped out. He led longer and died at a higher position, but his car crashed out before the end of the first lap. I died in the middle of the pack (probably didn't get any more than 4th position) but I crashed out on 3rd lap. The game rewarded m...

Providing a check box to prevent automated readjusting the zome and range of vision

I really love this game. So far, it is pretty well done as far I can say. That saying, I really hate the zoom on all moves. I want to see more of the map *always*. I just end up having to change zoom before I do anything each move and that's pretty frustrating. I don't care (a lot of time) what anot...

Re: Track Maps

I do get the 'complications', yet part of the fun is racing on historical tracks. I have Formula D, all the tracks that were put out back then, but I also found a lot of 'player created' maps of *old* European tracks from the early days of racing (running through small villages and towns as well as ...

Re: Major connectivity issues to bga in the past week or two

A friend that we've played with for years with BGA lives in Japan and the rest of us are in North America (different locations). He had no ability to reach - no site found - as of 14 hours ago. His comments were: "Interesting. I cannot reach their servers. It is not my machine, as I have tried ...
