I am a bit lost. How do I check if I am a guru at a specific game? Thanks in advance!

All developers (and also game designers and publisher) are Gurus from their respective games

For Rallyman, all the "Continue with current setup" choice on the poll has been the most voted so we kept the current.

Well yes I know but the poll was not perfect... and it was more a discussion afterward.
One option was not present random lengh track instead of medium one.

Most of the community wanted a change for the track selection. Maybe alternate between config will be needed because there are two clans in rallyman:
- the one that want to do live game... for this one, having 1 lap long track is the good option
- the one that consider 2 laps is the competitive way... for this, only changing the track selection is needed À this option was not in the poll unfortunately

I‘m a guru for Hanabi (looking forward to further perks for gurus, as the current single one is totally pointless for a cooperative game with disabled arena ), and I can‘t see anything through the community pages, only when I go to https://boardgamearena.com/gamegurus directly I see this. I also just was told by another Hanabi guru that he actually isn‘t one (I still see him listed), so some things seem buggy. Might as well be connected to disabled arena somehow, but still wanted to bring this to your attention

It seems like I should be listed as a Guru in 6Nimmt Lords of Xidit Armadöra Battle of LITS

Is there a Thurn and Taxis gurus group? I am current champion and past season runner up, but one does not appear in my group listings.

How I'm not Guru for Beyond the sun. I played 82 games in 1 season (mostly 3 and some 4 players) and ended up 4th in arena. Is this a feature basically for fast 2-player game-players (guess what they vote for) or do I miss something?

The current choice is based on most active players (most games played - not only for Arena). However, it is highly probable that we are going to upgrade this little by little to make sure all the most involved players are on it. What is for sure is that for the most popular games, you will really have to play a lot to be Gurus.

Thanks. It is hard to believe that I am not amoung the top for most played, but I do play almost exclusively turn based, so this "amount played" metric may favor those who play both turn based and real time.

I wonder if it would be possible for Gurus to see some statistics about non-Arena games being played on the system and what features are being used. Personally, I'm a Guru for Ice Cold Ice Hockey and because changing format could lengthen the game by changing from a short game (just the third period) to a full game (all three periods), I wonder how many non-Arena games are set up as full games and how often they finish/are set up that way compared to short games.

Unless I'm missing something, non-gurus can't see who the gurus are, which is a bit weird. Shouldn't we know who will be making the decisions about the Arena games we're playing?

I would put anyone attaining top 10 or expert in the Guru category
